The left section represents the customer-facing live FAQ. This is what the customer sees when they view your Web site. The right side represents the back-end tool you would use to update and maintain the FAQ. You can edit the text of a question or answer, add a new question & answer by using the button, or delete a question & answer by leaving either the question or the answer field blank. After you've made all of your changes, click the button.

Once you have saved your changes, you will notice two new buttons at the bottom of the FAQ Editor: & . The live FAQ will not change until you click . Only then will your changes be reflected on the live FAQ. This allows you make & save multiple changes without affecting what the customer sees. Clicking will revert all of your changes to the point when you last used the button.

For the purposes of this demonstration, any changes you make to the FAQ will only persist until you close your browser. Also, in order for this demo to work properly, you must have cookies enabled in your browser.
